Our Meeting Room, on the ground floor of CitySuites II, is modernly decorated and has plenty of natural light. You can easily join our free ultrafast WiFi and there is an 65” screen for you to connect to for any presentations. The room comfortably seats 10 people around the boardroom table, and you can control the temperature easily via the in-room AC system.

Our stylish Meeting Room, located on the ground floor of CitySuites II, is the ideal space in Manchester to hold a meeting or presentation. With a boardroom set-up, the room is beautifully decorated and comfortably sits up to 10 people. You’ll be a five-minute walk from Deansgate and Exchange Square, so our Meeting Room is very close to Manchester city centre.

The meeting room includes a boardroom setup with 10 chairs, 65” screen TV with HDMI, light buffet lunch, with unlimited tea and coffee, flip charts, a stationery pack and disabled access point - as well as parking.
For CitySuites, meeting rooms cost £370 for a full-day hire, and £200 for a half-day. A full day will be from 8 am to 5 pm and a half day can be either 8 am to 1 pm, or 1 pm to 5 pm.
